Confidentiality between a lawyer and client is a nearly absolute, foundational ethical duty. All information provided to InboxLaw will remain in strict confidence. No work product will be used outside the task delegated to InboxLaw nor disclosed to any third party.

All information will only be viewed on secure devices and will be deleted/destroyed upon completion of the task.

Delivery of documents will be made using a secure portal instead of email, by request.

Non-solicitation: Although InboxLaw will be working solely with your law firm, any information surrounding your law firm’s clients, prospective clients, or former clients will not be used by InboxLaw to engage, hire, or lure the law firm’s clients, prospective clients, or former clients for a period of 2 years.
